Venue for TEFL Courses in Cork
TEFL courses in Cork run at Jurys Inn, Anderson Quay. Tel: 021 494 3000.
Weekend TEFL courses run from 9am-8pm on Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sunday.
Weekday TEFL courses run from 9am-6pm Monday-Wednesday.
Tea and coffee is provided at courses, however students are responsible for their own lunch.
Getting there
Road
On-street parking is available around the hotel at 2 euros for two hours. Parking disks are available from hotel receptions. There is also a public car park behind the hotel, costing 2.20 euros per hour.
Directions from Dublin: Follow M8 motorway through toll to Cork. Take the 3rd exit off the Dunkettle Interchange Roundabout and merge on to N8 At second roundabout , take first exit on to Lower Glanmire Road. At traffic lights turn left on to Brian Boru Street, continue straight entering on the Quays- Jurys Inn Cork is on Andersons Quay.
Directions from Limerick: Follow the N20 from Limerick through Charleville and Mallow to Cork, follow signs for the City Centre and cross Christy Ring Bridge. Turn left at the traffic lights and continue straight along quayside to Jurys Inn Cork.
Rail
The nearest railway station is Kent Train Station, which is a seven-minute walk from the hotel and which has many major services. From the station, turn right and right again at the traffic lights. Follow the road along the docks
Bus
The main bus station in Cork is under five minutes walk from the hotel. On leaving the bus station, turn right and continue along the quays with the river on your left. The hotel is on the right hand side at the end of the road.
